Unable to click onto the Contact ID# as a shortcut

Hello, I am reaching out Women's Executive Council. Under "Contacts" when viewing the full or filtered list, we are no longer able to click on/into the Contact ID # as a shortcut to a contact's profile. Can this please be fixed as it's a feature we rely on to navigate quickly? Thank you.
