Leadbox report vs Import/Export

Hello!

Whenever I'm extracting reports via leadbox and the downloadable import/exported excel file, issues are

1 - The count didn't match. And I noticed that there are duplicates in the downloaded excel file.
2 - Missing lead/contact in an Exported file, but there is in the leadbox, also blank information in the downloaded file with the only date on it.
3 - There is a lead duplicate from leadbox but only 1 lead appeared on the import/export file.
