People are saying they replied and still getting emails

I have had 4 people this morning say that they already told me that they weren't interested and still got an email. I added a new list to Central tag today and not sure if it resent to people who I already sent to... They should have gone to remove from campaign.

Can you provide the contact ID#s of the 4 people so we can look into this for you. The contact Id can be found on the crm record as shown below:
