Email questions

1) I'm in Canada, and my settings say that, and yet at the bottom of the emails, it says that I'm in the USA. How can that be fixed?
2) I thought I paid extra to not have the APWT logo in my emails... how do i get rid of that?

(I don't know how to add a screen shot to show what I mean, but hopefully it's clear)
