How do we remove discount after product review?

As a non-profit organization, we are not in a position to offer a discount on a "next purchase" item. Where would I find this feature to remove the following....

Add Your Review and Receive 10% Off Your Next Order!

Women's Executive Council respects your privacy and will not disclose your email address to anyone. Your email address is required only for the purpose of contacting you with your testimonial discount coupon. (Max discount limited to $75.00)

You can change these setting from your console. Choose "Settings"->"Website" from the main menu. You will see a box at the top right with all of the settings for "Testimonial Discounts". If you set these items to blank, it will change how the add your review screen text displays.
