Hey all,

Is there a way for us to view who referred that person on their screen? For example, if Mr Jones referred Ms. Smith. I'd need to be able to go to Ms. Smith's profile and view that reference there. So when I make a follow-up/call all the notes to reference are there.

Here is a video showing how you can track relationship downlines in your CRM. In the case you described, this would allow you to see the relationship between Mr. Jones and Ms. Smith on either of their CRM records.

We have a client who has referred more than 15 people to us. On the downline, we can only see some. The rest are blocked by the Account Insight box and I can't move it.
I can't seem to find a way around it.

First, I would like to say congratulations for having such strong referrals. AllProWebTools didn't really expect any one person to refer that many people, and as a result the chart goes wider than the screen.

We are working to fix this, and will have it addressed in one of the upcoming versions!
