I have a client that got an email reply from one of her email recipients that a picture in her email (newsletter) did not show up. Although, I've sent the same newsletter to myself in a test and the picture shows up. Do you all have any idea why this would happen so I can tell my client what may have happened here?

I sent it as a test too and it works for me, do you know what email client/service the email recipient was using that displayed the blue question mark?
