Deleted Blog Page still found on the Web

Among other things I'm a distributor for DoTerra Essential Oils. They've been tagged by the FDA for certain health claims they'd been making.

So for the past few weeks I've been getting emails from their compliance dept. wanting me to remove/delete anything off my site that is DoTerra related.

Thus, I deleted a webpage. That seemed to work just fine.

They also wanted me to get rid of a blog post: http://www.artesianspringom.com/doterra-essential-oils

I thought I had also deleted that blog post over a week ago, but I'm still getting emails from them saying that it's still out there on my site. I've checked and it's on my list of deleted blog posts.

So what's going on here? Has it or has it not deleted?
