Usually with a "share" button, when someone clicks on to share you can customize the langaging (and usually comes form the description section which I believe you have in the "SEO" box in posts. Mine looks like this: Merging Multiple LinkedIn Accounts: http://www.linkedintobusiness.com/vivek ... NA.twitter.
Even if theUbi1wwJ3KNA.twitter. didn't show it would be better.

I removed the character list at the end of the share, I am still looking into the customizing of links.

Not being able to customize what the Facebook Share says is actually a known bug. We have an open ticket with Facebook to fix this and are waiting on them to reply.
