How to find first day of business using AllPro?

We are trying to pull the lifetime value of a customer report...the console is reminding us that in order to show true "Lifetime Value" set the date range to begin with your first day in business...where in the AllPro settings can we find our first day of business using AllPro so we can pull lifetime sales data in it's entirety?
