AllProWebTools highly recommends testing all emails before sending them out to your mailing list. It is important to test all links and images. It is also a good idea to test how your email will appear in different web browsers as well as how it will appear in popular email clients and services such as gmail, yahoo mail, Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.

As of AllProWebTools 5.0 if you send 2 different scheduled emails to the same email address in the same day - but at different hours of the day, your customer will only receive the first email sent.

If you schedule 2 (or more) different scheduled emails to the same email address at the exact same hour of the day - your customer will receive both emails.

AllProWebTools was originally designed to intentionally only allow one email sent to each user each day. This was an effort to avoid accidentally spamming an email address. It was not anticipated that there would be a legitimate reason to send the same email address multiple emails in the same day. We have recently discovered legitimate uses for sending multiple emails to the same email address on the same day and we are currently building solutions for this.

* There is currently no limit to the number of transactional emails that can be sent to the same email address in the same day.

* For emailing purposes, the "day" ends at midnight of the timezone that you have set in your AllProWebTools account.

As of version 5.1:

You can now send many different emails to the SAME email address in the same day as long as they are all scheduled emails or part of a campaign.

You cannot send the exact same email to the exact same email address on the exact same day (when sending as a scheduled email to a tag).

You can send the same email to the same email address on the same day if you are sending it from their CRM page.
