Hello,

My business partner is currently in the market for a new CRM, and APWT is one of his candidates. He's wondering about its social media integration.

Here are the two main features he needs:

1. Importing contacts from social media. (I don't mean from a .csv file; I mean importing them directly from the social media account's list of friends/contacts.)
2. Scheduling, viewing and replying to posts through the AllProWebTools interface.

Are these two functions currently available in APWT? If not, are they likely to be in the foreseeable future?

AllProWebTools does not currently offer any social media integrations like the ones you have suggested. At this time, we do not have any plans to develop further in this area. We have had very few requests for such capability, and there are a number of tools available that the market seems satisfied with.
