Automated text and email campaigns based on action or date

It would be great to have the automated email and text campaigns be able to run based on specific dates and other actions than just a lead box or manual sign up.

Examples:
I want an automated "Holiday" campaign to go out on specific dates every year. Could also be used for birthdays or their start date anniversary or annual review time, etc

A lead becomes a customer, now they are off of our "lead follow up" campaign and moved to our "customer" campaign. A lead unsubscribes from our follow up campaign, now they could be moved to our Newsletter campaign. ETC

The setup flow could be as simple as (If this, Then That).
