I was recently trying to add several videos to a web page, and encountered multiple errors. I recorded a video of my efforts and the errors I encountered (trimmed for length).

Thanks in advance for your help. I've mentioned some of these errors (like the multiplying videos) before, but you weren't able to replicate that; hopefully having a video describing the process step by step will make it easier to diagnose.
