We have new product reviews?

We also have notifications saying we have 3 new product reviews that need approval? Where are these coming from? When you click through to the review approval page it is completely blank. As of Nov 2 2022 we've used a different service provider for collecting product reviews....so curious to see what these 3 reviews are that our AllProWebTools console notifications says we now have pending but there is nothing showing...is this all some big glitch between the reviews, the abandoned carts and the order that got placed by user "customer"?
