Spam report, email disabled

I tried to send a test email, and it says my account is disabled. When I looked at my last CRM email sent in December, it showed 1593 emails sent, and 1 reported as spam, which equals .06%. So, now I don't even get the opportunity of sending an email because of 1 person totaling less than 1%? That seems a bit extreme. I had nearly a 50% open rate on that email, so I feel like I must be doing something right. Please advise. I have a picture, but can't seem to attach that either. Thank you for reporting this issue. Your sending reputation has been reset and you can now send emails.

We recommend sending emails to your customer list at least once each month for two reasons:

1 - Maintains the health of your email sending reputation
2 - Keeps your business top of mind with your customers
