Spam report, email disabled

I tried to send a test email, and it says my account is disabled. When I looked at my last CRM email sent in December, it showed 1593 emails sent, and 1 reported as spam, which equals .06%. So, now I don't even get the opportunity of sending an email because of 1 person totaling less than 1%? That seems a bit extreme. I had nearly a 50% open rate on that email, so I feel like I must be doing something right. Please advise. I have a picture, but can't seem to attach that either.
