Website & Webpage Editor aren't functioning properly

Post by Clarissa3814 »

I was mid-edit today when, while in the Drag Dropr interface on my home page, half of my page content disappeared. The first two pictures show my website at 33% Zoom - I should have links in the top area to About Us, Blog, Events, and Podcast.

Also buttons beneath Trusted Experts, Village, and Foundation are missing.

And the spacing is all kinds of whacky.

The second two pictures show the editor interface.

What's going on?

We are forwarding your issue to the DragDropr software developer here: https://www.dragdropr.com/

The DragDropr page ID# is: 11ff544c-4d10-11ea-9bcc-0242ac140009 and can be found at this link: https://app.dragdropr.com/dashboard/pro ... 0009/pages

While we wait for a reply from DragDropr, you can restore your webpage to the way it looked in the past with the options at the bottom of this page:

Thanks for fowarding it on... I totally forgot about the prior version option. Unfortunately, because I save my work frequently, none of those is actually a fully-functional version. :(

Any idea what typical turnaround time is with DragDropr? I can't afford to have my freakin' home page down like this - and it's already been 3 days. I may just have to redo the whole thing today. :(

We can restore your webpage to much farther back then you see in the list. Can you provide a date and time that you would like the page restored to? Please note that the restored page cannot be edited, we still need DragDropr to assist with this issue.

Don't worry about it - I recreated the page yesterday. I have some big stuff coming this week and needed to make sure that it was functional. :)

And now I have the same thing happening on https://www.parentweenconnection.com/Trusted-Experts/, internal webpage #18.
