import contacts error

We are trying to import contacts from a csv..we are receiving an alert message saying 91 contacts on the csv have no email address...this is bizarre as there ONLY 22 contacts on the csv file we are importing and every single one has an email address on the csv file...screenshots attached. Please advise how to fix this issue?
