Previously, I could select an individual on the Workflow Timeline within the phone app, then click "Info", then click "Grouping". I could then remove or add the contact to a marketing campaign AND remove , add or change tags.
BUT CURRENTLY on the grouping tab,
1) I cannot edit the contact's campaign
2) I cannot edit/add/or remove their tag.
This has been occurring for more than 3 weeks.
PLEASE HELP, as it is making me extremely inefficient when it comes to moving those who have unsubscribed.
By the way --> I have tried uninstalling and installing. I looked for updates for the app, but there are none available.

Please send us your phone info from the AllProWebTools app. Click on the menu and go to "About" then click the green button at the bottom that says "Send device info to support"
