Prospecting tools doesn't seem to be working properly

I have a campaign with 9,000 contacts in it. My sending limit is 5,000. I have it set to pull 2,000 contacts per day out of the pool. It worked at first but has stopped working with almost 5,000 contacts remaining and not being pulled. It hasn't changed for almost a week now.

It looks like you have recently changed your domain name. This will reset your send limit to 100 for the new domain.

As of this moment.
Your first pool has 4,260 contacts and 4,990 campaign members.
Your second pool has 2,815 contacts and 0 campaign members.

Please reply to this thread tomorrow if these numbers do not change and we will be happy to look into it for you.

This problem still seems to be persisting. I noticed several days before adding a new domain that this issue was happening.

As of this moment there is now only 1 pool configured with a tag of 1,815 contacts and a daily quantity of 1,500 to be moved into the campaign which currently has 1,000 contacts.

Your send limit yesterday was 100 and today it has grown to 2,500.

From the main menu, I have selected Reports -> Email Reports -> Emails Sent. At the bottom of this report page I see the following statistics:

January 24 2022 5,110 emails sent
January 25 2022 9,851 emails sent
January 26 2022 3,196 emails sent
