Hi!
Tommie helped us a few months ago with an issue a customer reported where they kept getting an error message in our shopping cart that "there are no available shipping options. Please contact us on....." After he looked into it he was able to point out that the country the customer was wanting to ship to was a country where USPS has suspended all shipments. He said the AllProWebTools system is synched up with the latest from the shipping carrier options that we have set in shipping manager and so any time a country is suspended the customer will get this error...which is good news since we clearly can't actually ship the order. This is all fine and we understand.

The problem is that more countries have since been added to the USPS suspension list and the AllProWebTools console does not appear to be registering the most up to date data for suspended countries. Back on Sept 17th USPS suspended service to Australia. We thought our shopping cart would just perform the same by displaying the error message but unfortunately it is letting customers place orders from Australia. Order #60841 from yesterday we are going to have to refund and break the bad news to the customer. So how do we get the shipping manager data in the console to register that Australia is suspended and for the "no available shipping options" message to display? Attached below is a screenshot of the message we are talking about...side note New Zealand also had all shipments suspended as of today so we need to make sure New Zealand address are also getting the "no available...". Please advise.

The service that provides this information comes from Endicia.com. It appears that your AllProWebTools account is not linked with your own Endicia.com account - you are currently using a shared Endicia.com account to obtain rate information.

For the most accurate shipping information we recommend that you link your AllProWebTools account with an Endicia.com account that is registered to your company.

Once you have successfully linked your Endica.com account with your AllProWebTools account, if the problem persists, you can contact Endicia.com for additional direction.

Endicia.com requires that you change your passphrase when linking with a 3rd party software so you may need to use the new passphrase with your label printing software.

In the past you had recommended that we not link our Endicia account with AllProWebTools as we do not print our shipping labels via the AllProWebTools console but directly via Endicia.com.....if we link the account will this impact our label printing process and limit us to only printing via the AllProWebTools console?

Your question would be best answered by Endicia.com. AllProWebTools will not impose any limitations on your Endicia.com account.
