Buyer #23061 is unable to login and place an order on our website. It is saying he does not have an account. When I type in his email address into the search function in our console it pulls him however when click on the his name to go to his profile page some of his info is not displayed. His address is missing the state and Country, his order history is missing (this is not his first order), his email address is completely missing. It also will not even let us input an email address are amend the address. Please advise....

update: more buyer profiles are missing some data

Just had a click through customers who have ordered today and realized it is not just buyer 23061 with missing details it's everyone I've clicked on. Examples are buyer 33925, 17799 and 33047. Their addresses are incomplete, their emails are missing and their order history...below examples are all customers who have ordered today online so they definitely have an email address and should at least have today's order in their history. We are also not able to email customers via the console as their email address are missing so when you click the "new email" button nothing happens.

unable to input orders in the console
We are unable to create orders or input phone orders in the console. When we click "new order" on a buyers profile the order screen says "Buyer must be added before completing the order or saving estimate"....many customers are also unable to login online and place their orders...which is how we discovered this issue today as we've received numerous phone messages about not being able to order online so I came into the office to try for myself. Please help!
