Follow Up date not showing up in notifications

I have completely gone through my notifications list and as of 3.26.17, was completely empty. However, as I was going through some of the tags, I noticed there are still contacts showing with dates that have past.

Jaime Cangemi is an example of this.

I would like to help you, but I am not clear on what you are describing. I have looked up the record that you referred to and it says that the followup date is: 08-10-2016 09:38 PM

This date is in the past (last year) - where is it that you are expecting to see a notification?

Also, you do not have an "Account Manager" assigned to this record, so AllProWebTools does not know who to notify.
