Sidebar Product Display Setting Not Listing Categories Right
When you use the "Display Products" Option in the Product Display Settings under the Settings Tab, the Categories should be listed Alphabetically and the Sub-Categories should be listed under their respective Categories. Although most of the Subcategories seem to correct, not all are showing up in the right order. Can you correct this so that all Sub-Categories appear under their corresponding Product Categories?

In that settings area the sort by alphabetical applies only to the products inside the categories, not the actual categories themselves.
If you go to Store->Categories and look at your category list, the numbers on the left are the order which they show up on the sidebar on the products page. If you set your main category to 1, then its sub categories to 2,3,4 they will show up in that order. You can arrange them in any order you like on this page.
