Blog Page Format Issues

Hi - it appears some changes have been made to my Blog Page at https://www.athomeweightlosscamp.com/rejoyce/--i-1.asp.

1. All of my Categories are not showing. I have about 8-10 and the only options showing are Weight Loss Tips & Resources and All.
2. There are too many "Calls to Action" on this page. Please remove "Recent Post", "Popular Tags" and the "Subscribe to this Blog" on the Right Hand Side Column. It should just be the Categories + then the Sign-Up Box like it was before the update.
