Customer requested password and did not recieve email.

Why would the lost password email not go out, I have had several people say that.

By testing a sending a password and checking if they (or you if you send one to a test account with your email) receive the password.

:cry: I have tested this and I do not receive an email. Customers having the same issue tried again today. When I request email it doesn't go to the page that says an email was sent.

Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, are you trying the lost password form on your website or clicking the send buyers password button in the console?

Hi Debbie,

I went ahead and fully tested both these password areas. I addressed the issue with the page not saying the email was sent. If you could verify again for me that would be excellent.

The website now shows it sent an email. However I did not get one.

I have tested this as well and using our account I received the password email. Have you checked to see if it was sent to a spam folder?

I have no problem with password email to my email at DesiredReflections.com but not on my gmail email addresses. I have several log ins on my site to check stuff like this. I always check Spam.

Lynda informed me that she received the email, are you still experiencing this problem?
