We completed the form to have our email account reviewed as our sending was halted today. We we clicked to submit the form we were then asked to click the blue box and select the current date in America which we did. Then we received this screen that you are not able to recognize us: We were unable to verify your account {DMK01}

Hi! Can you please look at our email account? Our email sending was halted today and when we try to submit the appeal form it will not submit, the bar just turns blue and the little circle just goes in circles. Please help.
