labor report error

I'm running payroll for Jenni Gonzales, and have the date range set Oct 18-24, but it is pulling September's data. I went to call in but I am out of minutes

Now all the other employees Labor reports are pulling the incorrect date range too, but I did 2 others prior to this today and they were accurate

Hey Tabitha. Can you please provide the process you take to pull the Labor Reports by user?

I went to Reports then Labor then Labor by user. I changed the date range on the top left to start on October 18th and end on Oct 24th then I selected a user, Jenni Gonzales.. The report populated all the time stamps for Jenni from within that date range.

It was pulling dates outside the date range selected earlier. That's why I wanted to screenshare and show you
