Hi, I need help editing this part of the website please

You are using a custom theme that was not created by AllProWebTools. It looks like you have 2 sections of the footer at the bottom of your website.

To edit the upper part of the footer (1), you can go to the 'Settings' > 'Administrator' > then 'Footer'

Here, you'll see the same message that is on the upper part of your footer.

Additionally, if you would like to also edit the lower part of your footer (2), you can go to the 'Settings' > 'Website' > and 'Edit Footer'
