Hi, We are sending weekly email to 1400+ contacts but it's being sent to 709 contacts only, May we know the reason why?

It appears that you are sending the same email to multiple tags. These tags may contain duplicate records between each other. The system will not send the same campaign to the same email more than once.

In order to simplify and more easily track the number of emails to be sent, we suggest that you create a single tag that contains all of the tags in the image above. Once you have created the new tag, you will have a more accurate count of the number of contacts.

When scheduling an email to go out, on the screen where you select the tag, a count will show you how many contacts have valid emails and are eligible to receive your emails.

Here are the instructions to create a new tag that contains all the contacts of the other tags:

This makes no sense. Prior emails went to 1400 plus using the same tags.

In an effort to assist you further in troubleshooting this issue, we are asking you to create a single tag that will contain all contacts that you want to send to. Once you have created this tag, we will be able to look closer at the contacts.
