Emails are not forwarding error message.

Can you please help me how to fix this error message? "emails are not forwarding."

This means that you are not sending a copy of your emails to AllProWebTools. You will need to login to your email account (with Google or Outlook or Godaddy) and configure to send a copy of your emails to AllProWebTools.

In AllProWebTools, go to the Main Menu and choose "Settings" and then "Email" then Click on the CRM Inbox Config tab.

Click on the “My Mailbox is Someplace Else” green bar, and then click on the link for the email service you are using for more instructions. You may need to contact your email provider to assist you. Ask them to help you "with configuring your email to forward all inbound emails to another email address".
