Can't Create New Tag / Import Contacts/Emails

Hi,

I for some reason am unable to create a new tag name or add/import new emails to AllProWebTools! This has been happening since Wednesday of last week, and as a result I've been unable to send out fresh new emails (only emails in sequence before that are going out) and thus this is messing up my business. I've attempted numerous times to get this fixed via "live screenshare" but for the past couple days that hasn't been available. Also on Monday, I spoke with Chopper and after trying what he suggested the problem still isn't fixed!
