Account Suspended and Email Limit

Hi team,

I recently reopened my AllProWebTools account.I noticed my email limit dropped from 10k to 100 emails an hour limit. I worked hard to get my limit to get those high numbers so I am hoping there is a way to get scaled back to those limits quickly.

Also, when my account was reopened, I received a notification that a ton of emails were sent out and bounced. So my account was suspended due to a few hundred bounces. I am thinking this happened due to old marketing campaigns.

What do you suggest I do?

I'm seeing that your account is active and the send limit is at 200/hour

Hi Chopper,

It has been over 3 hours and I still am incapable of sending more emails.

Is there any way for the team internally to ramp up the amount of emails I can send per hour?

I can see that your send limit is currently 500. Your send limit is continuing to increase as you send more emails as explained here: https://www.allprowebtools.com/EMTC5/

From the main menu, you can go to: Reports -> Email Reports -> Emails Sent to see how many emails you have sent each day.

I do see a problem that you had almost half of the emails that you send on November 8 bounced. This is an indication that you are not properly cleaning your list. If you continue to have a high bounce rate, your send limit will drop, your sender reputation can suffer, your open rate can suffer, and you risk having your account placed under review.
