Emails are not forwarding from my Outlook to AllProWebTools

I believe during my email setup with live screenshare support, my email was setup by support to be forwarded - where do i view my email inbox?

We have looked into your issue and have found that your configuration is correct, however, there is an error message coming from your Outlook email.

You have purchased email services from Microsoft for Outlook. Your Outlook is showing this error for every message:
Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding. Please contact your administrator for further assistance. AS(7555)'
Please contact Microsoft (who you are paying for your Outlook email) and ask them to fix this error so your emails can be properly forwarded to your AllProWebTools account.
