Emails are not forwarding from my Outlook to AllProWebTools

I believe during my email setup with live screenshare support, my email was setup by support to be forwarded - where do i view my email inbox?

Please contact Microsoft (who you are paying for your Outlook email) and ask them to fix this error so your emails can be properly forwarded to your AllProWebTools account.Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Access denied, Your organization does not allow external forwarding.
