We checked on the backend where we created the email and the url is simply https://www.realnoni.com/Noni-for-Pain-Gout/ and it's not just this url it's every linked url in the email lands on a page with /?lid=4381348 added....why?

We've noticed our latest email had some strange additions to our urls...for example the blog https://www.realnoni.com/Noni-for-Pain-Gout/ when clicked on via our email pulls up the url https://www.realnoni.com/Noni-for-Pain- ... 8....where did the addition of /?lid=4381348 come from?
