Marketing Campaign Email Trigger Error

I added the CRM Inbox feature while I was on live screenshare support and after I added it to my plan it would not function correctly therefore not letting me utilize the replied email trigger which I need in order to begin my campaign. Please can someone help me.

Hey Matt! I'm here to help!

While we were on the call together, I just found out that you can't create a remove campaign if the 'unmatched emails' is empty from the past 2 days.

Since yours is a new account, this is why I advised to send an email from 1 personal email address to your AllProWebTools account.

Then we went into your Zoho account to finish the CRM Email Inbox integration by going to the 'Users' > 'Mail settings' > 'Email Forwarding'

Once we've added the forwarding address from AllProWebTools and did the test email, both inbound and outbound email was successfully landed.
