Error #7

Post by Lfrailey173 »

Hi!
A longtime customer is getting an access denied error message when trying to access our website. Is there any way to unblock her without her giving us the IP address? She for whatever reason says she is uncomfortable giving us the IP address.

AllProWebTools employs a number of systems to protect your website from intruders, spammers, scams, hackers, vulnerability scans, etc. Occasionally, a legitimate website visitor may be identified by this automated system.

Your customer has been blocked due to suspicious activity coming from their location. Your customer can verify their location by answering 2 questions at this link: https://www.allprowebtools.com/authorizeme.php

If the 2 questions are answered correctly, they will immediately be able to access your website.

It is important to note that occasionally, your website visitor may have a virus on a computer at their location or their computer is being remotely controlled for nefarious purposes. In this case, the AllProWebTools system is detecting a legitimate threat and will continue to block access. In this case, your customer will need to clean or repair their computer or network to remove the legitimate threat before access can be granted.

The error code #7 has been retired and now any visitor who is blocked will immediately be taken to the authorization page for manual verification. This will speed up the process and improve the customer experience.
