Keep getting "Mobile Usability" Error in Google Search Console

Post by Trannum3487 »

Greetings,

We have a property added to Google Search Console Dashboard and keep getting a "Mobile Usability" error for the blog page and for some of the blog posts.

Below are the details :

Website: https://www.transphos.com/
I am experiencing "Mobile Usability" errors (like text too small, content wider than the screen, and clickable elements too close) for a few web pages of this website. These web pages are mostly blog posts and the blog page itself.

Few links have problems:

https://www.transphos.com/Blog/?none=none&page=2

In order to fix these errors I have done some CSS code changes like "increasing font size of content, especially for mobile devices", "increased spaces between anchor tags" and there is no horizontal scroll on these pages.

But the Google Search Console still shows these pages under the list of "Mobile Usability" list.

I have tried URL INSPECTION also. Please find the attached screenshots.

When I did "Live Test", it says "Page is mobile-friendly".

I have tried other tools also to check if these pages are mobile-friendly. Every tool says pages are mobile-friendly. Then why does Google Search Console keeps showing these pages under Mobile Usability?

please guide me. I have already checked the guide provided for GSC Mobile Usability Errors But I am not sure what we are skipping. Can you please Go through and share your experience with such issues?

It sounds like you have done everything correctly.

It is possible that Google is caching the way the page appeared previously. You might look for a way to clear the cache for Google or ask them to recheck the page as it is now.
You can also wait a few days and then ask Google to rescan the website.

We do not have any further information regarding this issue. We recommend contacting Google for additional information about how they want you to change the appearance of the page,
