Workflow timeline

so my workflow timeline stopped telling me if i have sent a email/and or they opened it, i just replied to a email from my personal email and i did not get that message to populate on the workflow time line. pleas help

If you reply to an email from your AllProWebTools account on a computer or using the AllProWebTools Smartphone app - it will show on the Workflow Timeline.

If you don't reply from AllProWebTools, it will not show on the Workflow Timeline.

it used to show me emails all the time, and how am i supposed to locate the emails? dig in my email? i thought that's why i pay for the inbox?
