How can I export a tag of unopen contacts with the Web/URL field in the csv file? Also is there a way to download all the unopened contacts all at once with the web/url field?

You can now download contacts by tag into a CSV format and the CSV file will display the website information.
Here's how this can be accomplished:
Downloading contacts by tag is the best way rather than one bulk download as some contacts may have opened the second email in your campaign and not the first.

When I tagged Unopened Generic Email 1 with about 11K unopened ... and went to go export it, the report showed 0.

I attempted to export the tag "Unopened Generic Email 1" and was successful. The CSV file contained over 11K contacts. However, with that many contacts, exporting that tag did take longer than normal. I recommend allowing more time for the file to fully export.
