Hi,
An APWT client of ours just got two very conflicting emails that were quite concerning and confusing for her. The emails were about DKIM settings changing, but it looks like everything is fine. Why did she receive these emails? As far as we know, no one was making any changes to DKIM settings.
First Email:

Your DKIM settings have changed and are no longer valid. This is most likely caused by changes made to your DNS records. Login to your AllProWebTools console and check under SMTP Settings to try and Verify DNS to learn how to correct your DKIM settings. You can continue sending email messages through AllProWebTools, however until your DKIM is fully verified again, your messages are much more likely to be marked as spam.
Second Email:

Congratulations! Your DKIM settings have been fully verified! This will help prevent your email messages from being sent to the Spam folder!

Re: Conflicting DKIM emails
It would appear that at Fri, Jul 16, 2021 at 11:02 AM the DNS record could not be found.
One hour later at 12:05 PM, the DNS records were available and found on the Internet.
The emails sent from AllProWebTools are a courtesy to notify the account owner that emails sent from AllProWebTools may not reach the recipients do to a problem with a DNS setting at the domain registrar.
There can be many causes, a few situations that could cause this would be:
1 - A DNS server outage where the domain is hosted.
2 - A domain registration expiring, and subsequently being renewed.
3 - A DNS record being removed and then later reinstated.
