Email Administrative Question

We have not been getting emails from one of our suppliers. They believe the issue is on our end, and that we are blocking their emails on our side. How can I check this and add an exception?

We can do a trace to find out what is happening if you can provide the email address that they are sending from. Then ask them to send another email so we can look it up in the daily logs. Please let us know within 24 hours before the log file is purged.
