In your case your header is your logo file. You can replace this by going to Settings > Company Information > Logo
Once you upload be sure to Shift-Refresh to see your changes!

The recommended width for your theme 1140px if you are going all the way across, the height can be to your choice.
If you are looking to upload something similar to what you have it is currently, 398px x 53px.
