Over the limit? Part

Can I get an answer on this? Same issue as before, screenshot included.

I've tried texting the help line for AllProWebTools, no answer and no help. I really need to get this resolved. Thank you

This image is showing that the current number of contacts in the campaign is: 4,886 (you can see it in the green bar on top of name list)
It goes on to explain that you can still add an additional: 5,114 contacts to the campaign.

4886 + 5114 = 10,000

The message is also providing the information that your current send limit is: 10,000

The tag named "Hot General for Recruiters" is indicating that there are 5,575 contacts in the tag.

4886 + 5575 = 10,461

You cannot add this tag to the campaign because it would put you over the current send limit of 10,000

Okay but the issue is that I am only adding 689 contacts to the campaign. 4886 of the 5,575 contacts are already in the campaign, is it trying to double the contacts and create duplicates?

I understand.

If you want to add 689 contacts, you can put them into a new tag.

The system looks at the total number of contacts in the tag and will not allow it to be added if it is over the limit.

Also when creating a marketing campaign is there a way to duplicate or copy an existing campaign?

We have split your tag into 2 smaller parts so that you can import them into your campaign separately.

The new tag ...part2, contains all contacts that you imported after 2021-10-27.

We are considering adding a feature to duplicate campaigns in a future version as more users are needing this functionality.
