Hi! Invoice 29237 for buyer 14268 does not show the correct amounts in the shipping "each" and "extended" fields. Hi! A new order came through today with the "&" as "&" on the invoice. its buyer 25327 order 29144 and their account was created on 7/27/2017. I know an update last year fixed this but looks like for some reason it is reverting back with the latest update. If you could take a look. thanks!

Hi! Please disregard trying to refund this order. I went into our authorize.net account and refunded as the customer was getting frustrated waiting for me to have the refund process in our console. From webmail via desktop and my phone through our [email protected] account. Sending via my dad's @gmail.com account works and does not bounce back as UnDelivered just the attempts via our [email protected].

Here's an example of a web order coming through where the customer profile address has no state input into the state field so on the actual order the state is fully spelled out which causes Endicia to error out. Buyer 23477 and order 28294

any update on this? this customer called again today to check if I had reinstated her reoccurring order. When I view the "reoccurring orders" report it only shows active autoship orders but not orders that have been suspended due to a declined card.....where do I go to reactivate this?
