There are a few different notifications that will appear there. Are you referring to the notifications for contacts that need called back, or something else? Depending on what notification you are talking about they need to be addressed in different ways.

I took a look at your site, and everything is set up correctly.

The sign-up boxes require every input be filled out. If a field is left empty, it will redirect you to info-signup with an error asking you to fill in the missing fields.

Please let me know if that is not the issue.

The Account Manager drop down is a list of all active users.

The How Did They Hear About Us drop down is a default list of sources, including any marketing ads you've created through the console.

That is currently not possible with our tasking system. When you update a task, it only saves the most recent note that was added, as prior notes are usually text and do not change.

Invoice Email changes the email that is sent when somebody purchases a product.

Invoice changes the pdf invoice that viewers can access from the invoice email by the link that says "view invoice"

Shipped Email changes the email that is sent when you ship an order.

Hello Monica,

I took a look at your account. It looks like the first email of your campaign sent out, but the rest of the emails are set to wait 0 days. Is this what you wanted, or should these emails be spaced out over several days?

When they purchase the product, they will be emailed an invoice with the product name and the date/time scheduled. In order to edit the templates, you can go to Settings->Administrator, and under the 'Theme Editor' click on Stylesheet. Here you can add your custom css to change the look of your site.

There is currently no way to add a shipping surcharge to specific items. However, when setting up the shipping manager, you can choose the shipping cost to be the actual calculated cost.

My suggestion would be to adjust the weight and dimensions so it calculates as expected.

When an invoice is emailed to a customer, that is noted on the customer's timeline in the CRM. We can look into adding that notice to the main workflow timeline if that is something you would like to see.

There are a couple simple things that could cause this. 1- Make sure that all 13 contacts have emails entered into the CRM. 2- Sometimes email servers get a little backed up and take a while to send out all the emails. Whenever you delete a contact, any sales data related to that contact is not deleted so that you still have accurate records to look back on.
