Donna, this is pretty easy to make happen. I will release an update to our WordPress plugin so you will be able to do this.

The way we handle this currently is setting the date in the future (like a year). But I can see how this is not an ideal solution for everyone, I have added the ability to clear the Callback date in version 4.0

Currently the only way to do this is each person having a separate CRM record. However, in version 4.01 we are adding a feature that allows for nesting of records under a company to make this possible

Currently the only way to set this is when you are importing a new contact from a CSV. However, this is an excellent idea, I have added it to version 4.0

Stephanie, I think this would be an awesome feature to add to the Workflow Timeline. This way you could see the history of why they unsubscribed. I have added this to version 4.0

Darrel, there is currently customer and admin facing tags in the system. If you go to Contacts > Manage Tags, click on the tag you would like to be public/private and edit the "Display Tag When Unsubscribing:" option.

This is an awesome idea! We are already in the works of something similar to this, where you can @ mention the client's name and it will show up in their Workflow Timeline.

You can delete tags by going to Contacts > Manage Tags, then merge the group you wish to delete with another tag.

At this time there is currently not a way to delete a status.

Do you mean in AllProWebTools? On your clients site? Or in this forum?

Great suggestion Hollie! Currently the callback time notifications are only in the notification center in AllProWebTools. We are currently planning on doing a full Google Calendar integration to receive notifications of when you need to call contacts back.

If you enter a credit card in Settings > WebTools > Billing Information in your clients AllProWebTools it will not be turned off. Please make sure that you have an email address for the client record in the toolkit, this way they will receive warning before the site is deactivated.

You can check this in Marketing > Event Tracker

We did not release a new version for the Endicia changes it was important enough that we built it in live versions

Your pickup option is off, no one should be seeing it. As for no other shipping options showing up, on Thursday (last week) Endicia changed their protocol for accessing your account. Your account just needed to be switched to live mode in AllProWebTools, I have already done this, please verify.

Excellent idea Adam! The idea behind this was to encourage you to make notes about your call in the contact record before setting the next call back date.

Hmm, this is intriguing! The reason why it's not like this is in case the client call back between the callback time and now and talks to someone else, it kind of forces you to look through the recent history to see if there is a reason not to call them back.

This is a great idea for testing purposes, it would save a lot of time to be able to select a email instead of typing it. However for the purposes of marketing to your contacts it is really best to place them into a group and schedule the email. This allows for better tracking and ease of use for you.

How we currently handle this kind of process is creating a tag and putting one person in it. However we are highly open to suggestions and will consider this for a future version.

Is this the only country you don't ship to? Does this apply to all carriers? Does this apply to all products?

Generally we recommend that you have two different AllProWebTools for this. This keeps all the accounting and contacts separate so it can be easily organized.
