In our system, once the order is made it is finalized. If you create a cart for the buyer you can edit that as much as you want but once the order is made it has been finalized.

Would you like to see them for accounting purposes or just to look through all of your orders? The download Orders CSV option at the top of the View Orders page will give you a csv of all of your orders.

Hi Glenna, You can search by last name if you use the top search bar. As for countries, we have the countries in the drop down list so they are correct for shipping addresses. So if you were looking for Holland you would choose Netherlands as that is the name the shipping companies recognize. Christ...

Hi Jennifer, When you say the customer may not think to look at the bottom, do you mean you and your users when looking at the tags, or customers to your site? I have addressed the alphabetical issue on the Mange Tags page, if you could verify that it is alphabetical for you that would be excellent....

You are technically able to do that right now with status but I need to add in a UI for you to do that with, I will let you know when that is back in there. The blue heading names, like Labor and NeckTies are the category names. If you go to Store->Categories you can see the list of your current categories. Hi Dan,
The javascript you had at the bottom of the home page was what was causing the sign up box to move below your content. I removed it and the sidebar went back up to the right side. Its overlapping with the table a bit now but if you adjust the table size it should stop the overlap.

Hi Dan, In that settings area the sort by alphabetical applies only to the products inside the categories, not the actual categories themselves. If you go to Store->Categories and look at your category list, the numbers on the left are the order which they show up on the sidebar on the products page...

Your menu bar is now on two lines and that is pushing your content over to the right, if you change some items around on the menu bar so that it is one line, the content will move back over to the left.

I looked at a couple of examples, the older resellers have two addresses entered and then their reseller information box is below the second address, if you scroll down on their information page. Could you look at the reseller for FAMILY TYES or id 2367 and see if you can see their box?

On the order detail page if the order is a Net30 the background color for the payment information for that order will be yellow along with it saying "Net amount owed" instead of "Amount owed"

Our system allows multiple addresses per customer, so they could have as many addresses as they want entered. When an order is made in the console you can choose which address to ship to and which address to bill to.

When someone makes an order we had it save the address chosen at that time. This also allows you to easily change the address on the order without having to change the address on the account.
