Re: Emailing multiple clients

If you send out an email with AllProWebTools and the email bounces (or kick backs) that email is then automatically marked in your CRM so it will not try to send to that address again. You will not be shut down for a high number of email bounces, only if a large number of people mark you as spam. Wh...

Sure you can actually insert HTML right in to the Page Name to achieve this, so your Page Name would look like: Products <span class="caret"></span> You can also apply a Custom CSS Class Name (on the Settings tab while you're editing a page) to the page if you would rather achieve this with css, thi...

Can you check to see if it is in your "Everything Else" tasks? This is where tasks go once you have read them.

If not can you search for it?

Re: AVS Question

I assume that you did this test with the AVS settings with the "Z" checked? If yes, this may be something to contact Authorize about, if it is happening in their terminal there's not much we can do from our end.

I will look into the CVV code passing through.

One page that may be useful for you, although it doesn't do exactly what you need, is Contacts > Affiliates.

This page will allow you to see a breakdown of how many of your contact came from a source, as well as any affiliates you may have with who they referred.
